There are two ways to ship returned goods:

3- The customer pays for the freight back and forth, and even if the freight is free, the amounts owed to the delivery company are deducted upon return.

 4- Refund the amount two weeks after receiving the order. 


Cancellation Policy

The case of order cancellation is for orders that have not been shipped, and if the order has been shipped, the return policy will be followed.


If the order is canceled before it is shipped, the amounts will be refunded using the same method of purchase within a period of time ranging from 3-7 working days, depending on the source of your bank card, as well as the bank it is transferred from.


Exchange or Refund Policy for Payments via Tabby and Tamara
