
Warranty Regulations and Policy
1. All products, parts and accessories of A2Z CYCLES are guaranteed from defects and workmanship malfunctions for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt, with the exception of products that have warranties from the manufacturer, as they fall under the warranty of Harley Harrah SI and the manufacturer's warranty.
2. To benefit from the warranty services, please attach the original purchase invoice to match the product information and to ensure that the warranty period is valid.
3. Warranty Service Provider:
3.1 Warranty of the product and the quality of workmanship is provided by the agent and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies which are described in the warranty manual of the product or the manufacturer’s website. For warranty and maintenance services, the customer can communicate with the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the regulations and regulations.
3.2 Regarding electronic devices, original parts and accessories that have warranty and maintenance services provided by the agent, it is not considered the responsibility of A2Z CYCLES , including the availability of spare parts, repair time and quality of service, and the customer must communicate directly with the agent in the event of any complaint or claim.
3.3 To ensure the highest levels of service, A2Z CYCLES offers its own warranty on all products for a period of 7 days from the date of the customer's receipt of the product and the customer can contact us for details.
4. General provisions of the guarantee:
4.1 Replacement time It takes a maximum period of (14-30) days to replace the warranty parts**.
4.2 The warranty covers the service of repair or replacement of spare parts and accessories for free in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean the replacement of the product or the return of its value. Malfunctions resulting from:
• Misuse of the product or non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and the digital pages attached with the product.
• Breaks, blows, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, moisture or high heat.
• For products that do not have a warranty policy shown in the warranty manual or the manufacturer's website, the above conditions apply in addition to the points shown in the table below:
• There is no return for batteries or electrical parts, but the warranty period applies to them and they are replaced immediately after inspection - batteries are subject to the warranty written on the product according to the manufacturer.
5. Home pick-up and delivery service systems:
5.1 The customer acknowledges that the information mentioned in the warranty service request form is correct.
5.2 In the event that the information mentioned in the warranty service request form does not match, A2Z CYCLES has the right to cancel the order and return the product to the customer for a service fee ranging between 60 riyals - 100 riyals, depending on the type of product and the address of the customer.
5.3 The period of receiving the product or delivering the products to homes is not counted within the warranty period.
6. Guarantee of special requests for parts and accessories from the United States of America and other countries.
Because we care about the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of the service provided and strive to provide the highest levels of service, we guarantee all special requests for parts and accessories.
6.1 All orders for parts and accessories at A2Z CYCLES are guaranteed from defects and workmanship malfunctions for a period of seven days from the date of receipt, except for products that have warranties from the manufacturer, they fall under the warranty of A2Z CYCLES and the manufacturer's warranty.
6.2 Ensure the correct and appropriate part for the bicycle whose information was mentioned during the order.
6.3 It takes a maximum period of (14-30) days to replace the warranty parts**.
6.4 In the event that the required piece is not available or the quantity runs out, the amount will be returned to the customer in a period of time (7-14) days.
6.5 The period of receiving the product or delivering the products to homes is not counted within the warranty period.
6.6 When the customer requests any special part, a specific brand desired by the customer or a specific part desired by the customer, A2Z CYCLES does not bear the responsibility for the quality of the required part, but rather the customer bears it. Example:
1- Saud is a customer of A2Z CYCLES who has requested a specific part and a specific brand, and he will be fully responsible for the quality and fit of the required part for his bike.
2- Sami, a A2Z CYCLES customer, has requested a part and we have presented the options that we can provide for this part and he has chosen one of these options, the part is under the previously specified A2Z CYCLES warranty.
6.7 When the client’s special requests are approved and the amount of the request is paid, the request cannot be canceled or the amount refunded, and only the replacement or refund will be made according to what is mentioned in clause No. 6.1,6.4.
