ATTENTION: THE LIDS FROM THE ORIGINAL SIDE CASES DO NOT FIT THE SIDE CASES INCLUDED IN THE KIT, WHICH MEANS THAT THE REAR SPEAKERS MUST BE REMOVED! (CVO MODELS)
With this kit, the original rear lights and the original license plate lighting are reused without changing the connection.
This Cult-Werk KIT consists of several ABS plastic parts and is CNC milled on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers! This ensures that these parts are of OEM quality. No cheap GRP! You can have the plastic part painted immediately in a paintable version, which in turn is very inexpensive, as it is a perfect surface!
The excavator kit V1 has a very elaborate design! The Cult-Werk rear end is very easy to fit. It is best to remove the side cases at the rear before fitting, then the ABS rear fender is fitted over the original metal fender and fastened with the original screws on the seat! In addition, the sheet metal brackets supplied are screwed on to secure the fender to the frame. Before final assembly of the ABS fender, the LED lights must be attached (these must be glued in - silicone or any other adhesive) and the wiring and routing of the wiring harness must be carried out.
The following two surface variants are available for this rear conversion:
- Paintable (ATTENTION: Cases are always delivered in glossy black!!!! Minimal painting effort - due to perfect surface finish! The fender is delivered ready for painting and can be painted immediately!)
- Glossy black (does not need to be painted - this saves you the entire painting costs! Remove the protective film and the fender shines in glossy black!)
